RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Infinity Fabrix, we take pride in delivering premium brocade, lace, silk, and luxury fabrics. Due to the nature of fabrics, we kindly ask customers to review orders carefully before purchase.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

  1. The fabric is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, OR You received a wrong item.

 

To qualify:

  1. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Fabric must be unused, uncut, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

 

2. NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  1. Cut fabrics

  2. Custom orders

  3. Clearance or sale items

  4. Items damaged due to customer handling

 

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Include:

  1. Clear photos/videos of the issue

  2. Description of the problem

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be sent.

 

4. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

 

5. EXCHANGE

If stock is available, we will replace the item. If not, a refund will be issued.
